The mother’s attitude toward the baby and the consequences of bearing it determine the amount of pain she will feel. Notice the 19 year old mother mentioned is described as “pretty”.
The expectant mother should share a “clean, loving relationship with her husband and family” and “learn to cooperate with her own body”.
And trust her creator (who according to the bible, greatly increased the pain of childbirth which is here described as due to human imperfection.)
