Upload Documents

If you have documents produced by Jehovah’s Witnesses, in any language, that you think are in the public interest, please send them to us, using this form.

What documents we are keen to obtain

  • Documents relating to policy and procedure (i.e. guidelines, textbooks, letters, manuals etc.)
  • Evidence of wrong-doing or crime (i.e. S-77 forms, letters of introduction, child abuse, domestic abuse, etc.)
  • Financial documents (i.e. donations, property sales, persons in positions of authority, financial statements)
  • Legal documents (i.e. correspondence between Watch Tower lawyers and others, creation & dissolution of entities, property transactions, etc)
  • Publications (i.e. material that has not been made publicly available on jw.org but may be used by pioneers, missionaries, ministerial servants, elders, bethel staff, branch committees, governing body and governing body helpers)

What we do with these documents

Depending on the nature of the content, we share submitted files on this website, and/or we share with governments, law enforcement, lawyers, journalists, or other investigators.

Child Sexual Abuse

If you share files with us that are related to child sexual abuse, (i.e., S-77 forms, body of elder letters, branch communications, etc), these will not be published. Instead, we will work with law enforcement to ensure that the cases contained therein are properly investigated.

If you need to send more than four documents, click Send Documents for the first four files, and then repeat the process.
