The Watchtower Bible and Tract Society (WBTS) has numerous facilities in the State of New York. These facilities are found in New York City, Patterson, Wallkill and Warwick.
The WBTS is in the process of selling all it’s properties in New York City and retain its facilities in Patterson, Wallkill and Warwick. The Watchtower Bible and Tract Society believes that these sites have and will continue to benefit the public.

Watchtower’ s facilities at Patterson include:
- 680 Acres of land.
- A total of 28 buildings, some of which are residence buildings for its staff members. Its staff are all Jehovah’s Witness volunteers.
- A Bible school certified by the U.S. Department of Justice where foreign students attend for training in Watchtower doctrine.
- Audio & video studios that produce animated films for children released on the Internet.
- Full-length films released on DVD.
- Orchestral music composed and recorded on site by musicians from around the world who meet for recording sessions.
- Art studios that produce artwork for the Watchtower and Awake! magazines.
- An American Sign Language department that records literature for the deaf.
- Producing a translation of the Bible for the deaf.
- A legal department providing legal assistance to it’s worldwide branches. This includes, but is not limited to, asset management, blood transfusions, child custody, child sexual abuse, and human rights
- A service department that handles congregation and field service correspondence from traveling overseers, elders, pioneers and others from within the United States.

Watchtower’s facilities at Wallkill include:
- 102 hectares (253 acres) of land.
- Farmland producing fruit, vegetables and beef for its staff.
- Circa 1600 staff members, all Jehovah’s Witness volunteers.
- Residence buildings for its staff.
- A center for printing, binding, and shipping of the New World Translation (bible) and literature in the United States. In 2008, the printery in Wallkill produced over 28 million books including over 2.6 million bibles. Printing of The Watchtower and Awake! magazines for North America is conducted in Canada.
- Caring for Jehovah’s Witnesses’ Official Web Site: www.jw.org. It provides information and content in over 460 languages, is one of the largest Web sites worldwide with several hundred thousand web pages, and has over 700,000 unique visitors each day, most of which are Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Warwick, New York

Watchtower’s facilities in Warwick are currently under construction. This will become the new World Headquarters for Jehovah’s Witnesses. The Watchtower facilities at Warwick will include:
- Approximately 800 staff members, all Jehovah’s Witness volunteers.
- Residence buildings for its staff.
- Coordinating the activities of Jehovah’s Witness missionaries throughout the world.
- Organizing relief efforts in disaster areas worldwide.
- Directing religious programs for all Jehovah’s Witnesses worldwide.
- Preparing material that is published worldwide.
- Supporting the production and distribution of the New World Translation (bible) and other publications.
- Teaching, translating, painting and writing for religious publications.
- Providing Internet, voice, and data transfer services solely for it’s Jehovah’s Witness volunteers on-site. This telecommunication services are now possible because of its acquisition of QCS Telecom in 2013.
