Their hypocritical statements in court are surely recognized by the judge. As the court has seen the videos published by Watchtower as well as statements in publications. I’m sure the judge recognizes their conflicting defense, the court can’t interpret their publications and then to turn around and say we publish nothing about shunning. Why refer to the privacy of your religious publications if they contain nothing about shunning?

I live in Johannesburg so we all have high walls and gates. Our gate intercom confuses them. One day, though, I had just returned from mountain biking and was washing my bike off in the driveway semi-naked. The JW’s came past and tried to engage me through my gate. I told them that I had two JW girls in my younger days and they both loved it.

I think I was placed on the never-call again list.

Although, even if the State loses the dispute, the information presented in Court leaves a stain and stigma against the witnesses that even if they said they won the trial… something that is now legal is not necessarily morally correct or ethical.

A few interesting facts that came out of the royal commission.
The JW Branch office had a record of
– 1006 alleged perpetrators (alleged does not mean guilt)
– 576 WERE known to be guilty (these were individuals who confessed to the elders of their guilt).
– 1 in 10 perpetrators were either Elders or Ministerial Servants.
– 0 in 576 perpetrators were reported to the appropriate authorities.

You do not have to ask someone to prove it. It is all public available information. Disfellowship is a real thing and those demonics that call themselves elder and CO and governing body both apply and support it. God in Jesus Christ teaches love. Jesus wants us to accept Him on our free will, not forced to do it in fear of losing family,friends and maybe even livelihood. So please tell this person how they are wrong. I can tell you they are not wrong because my wife was raised up as a Jehovah Witness in the same area as Tony Morris. She was expected to let her child die rather than get a blood transfusion and she did not do it. She had the love that God gives a mother in her and not the hatred and satanic judgement of the organization. She is now disfellowshipped from her family. But guess what my friend, through this she found Jesus Christ and felt His love and she is not a born again saved individual and will not spend eternity in hell like her Witness Family that rejects the deity and redemption of Jesus. Ball is in your court now my friend. I suspect you are a witness here to cover the truth up with speculative statements?

The New World Translation is not complete. John 8:1-11 shows of Jesus’s mercy and forgiveness, which the NWT has removed. Why do you unquestionably follow other mens words?

You chose to live the way you are living. So many religions shun members for disobeying gods laws. JW’s are following Bible teachings and principles. Why are we treated so bad for doing the same thing as others religions.

For example, nowhere in the Bible does it say to shun former members. In 1 Cor 15, it says not to eat with a person who practices certain sins.
